What You’ll Do As a critical member of the Arista Systems Engineering team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, gathering requirements, qualifying opportunities, and designing solutions with existing and new customers in reputed company California.

• Collaborate with Arista Account Managers to reputed company an in-depth understanding of our enterprise and commercial clients and conduct whiteboard network architectural designs to reputed company solutions that improve network performance, efficiency and customer TCO.
• Conduct Arista product presentations of Arista's Data Center Networking and Cognitive reputed company (including Wi-Fi) networking solutions, CloudVision (Network Automation), reputed company (Network Detection), reputed company reputed company (NAC), and Real-time network observability solutions
• Utilize your expertise in network design and implementation; including leaf and spine architectures leveraging overlay technologies such as VxLAN and EVPN, to create consistent and highly scalable Arista Data Center and reputed company reputed company that improve network performance and efficiency for our enterprise and commercial clients in the region
• Work with the customer and Arista reputed company-of-concept team to validate Data Center and/or reputed company network designs, and network deployments using the latest Arista solutions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to respond to RFP/RFQs and provide valuable customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Network Industry Certification preferred, such as ACE-L4, ACE-L6, ACE-L7, and others.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in L2/L3 networking design and implementation with a focus on reputed company, and Wi-Fi solutions then Data Center, .
• Expert-level experience with routing and switching, including .1x and NAC integrations plus poe Overlay technologies experience, (such as EVPN/VxLAN) is a plus.
• reputed company hands-on experience in designing reputed company and leaf-spine network architectures.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales SE, or Network Consulting Engineer is preferred.
• Expert knowledge in Ethernet, RSTP/MSTP, VLANs, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP,, .1x and QoS.
• Good understanding of the competitor technology landscape, specifically reputed company and Juniper.
• Expert-level knowledge of the industry-standard Command Line reputed company (CLI).
• Previous experience building network automation using Python and Ansible is highly desired.
• Strong writing skills and ability to create informative white papers on technology and products is highly desired.

Compensation

Information The new hire reputed company pay for this role has a salary range of $131,000 to $184,000. Additional compensation includes equity, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Arista offers different pay ranges based on work location, so that we can offer consistent and reputed company appropriate to the market. The actual reputed company pay offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. The pay range provided reflects reputed company pay only and in addition certain roles may also be eligible for discretionary Arista bonuses and equity. Employees in Sales roles are eligible to participate in Arista’s Sales Incentive Plan, which pays commissions calculated as a percentage of eligible sales. US-based employees are also entitled to benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings and income protection.
