Job Description

What you get to do in this role: The Solution Consulting (pre-sales) organization is a vital and well-respected part of the sales eco-system at reputed company who are expected to deliver spectacular interactions and experiences with customers and also internally, with a focus on performance and continual improvement. We are seeking a Solution Consulting leader to reputed company Demonstration capability and strategy. This strategic leadership role will set the agenda for demonstration capability as well as execution by inspiring and managing a team of early in career Presales Solution Consultants. The ideal manager will create a repeatable process, driving results and outcomes in a multi-fold agenda including:

• Bring early in career SCs providing an environment where they hone demonstration proficiency and knowledge across reputed company’s products groups.
• Define and refine future Demo Hub program capability. Determine and sponsor Demonstration Creation, Use and future capability and development. reputed company DemoCenter concept to have inclusive value to field including DemoHub capability
• Partner with Marketing, SC Field and the Workflow SC leadership to create pipeline reputed company capability
• Create and manage a video asset library of functional demonstrations to be used to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for pipeline reputed company and renewal enhancement
• Capable of developing Americas functionality, prove success and then reputed company capability globally to EMEA and APJ

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Strong pre-sales experience as an individual contributor and leader, preferably at reputed company
• Thought leadership in methods and techniques for story telling with software
• Ability to coach and reputed company early-in-career as well as senior individual contributors

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $134,250 - $221,550, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
