Job Summary The reputed company Leader is a hands-on recruiting leader responsible for building and executing a best-in-class recruiting program that ensures every role at reputed company is filled by strong-fit, high-readiness talent. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years managing a high-performing recruiting program.
- Proven success in recruiting for executive and leadership roles reputed company high-growth SaaS or technology companies, with a track record of closing top talent.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation, for multiple, reputed company senior-level searches.
- Strong experience partnering with senior executives and Finance on workforce planning, forecasting, and budget management.
- Expertise in ATS and sourcing tools (Lever preferred), and proficiency in using recruiting technology and analytics tools.
- Track record of leading reputed company programs that improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills across reputed company levels of the organization.
- Experience leading employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
