Key Responsibilities

• Register sales on designated sales registers, process transactions, and provide clients with efficient checkout services
• Assist pharmacists, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data and process prescriptions
• Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving issues to ensure a positive client experience
• Model and offer client support best practices with reputed company colleagues, including relational habits and arenaflex service qualities
• Provide clients with gracious, friendly, quick, and efficient help, recommending items for sale and suggesting upsell or companion items
• Maintain counters and retires clean and well-promoted, take inventory, and reputed company records up-to-date

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
• Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
• PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment
• Previous work experience with arenaflex or similar organizations
