The Role
As a travel agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for booking reputed company and ground transportation, researching and identifying the best pricing and travel options, booking hotel accommodations, and planning and promoting various travel accommodations and scenarios. This is a remote opportunity with full company training provided, making it an ideal role for those who value flexibility and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
* Book reputed company and ground transportation for clients, ensuring that their travel needs are met and exceeded
- Research and identify the best pricing and travel options to meet client needs, providing expert advice and recommendations
- Book hotel accommodations based on clients' preferences, ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable
- Plan and promote various travel accommodations and scenarios, including but not limited to:
+ Customized vacation packages + Upscale tours and excursions + Business travel arrangements + Group travel bookings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing personalized service and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that clients receive the latest information and expert advice
