Responsibilities
As an reputed company Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge reputed company of evolving products and services

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

- A willingness to attend four weeks of paid, remote training reputed company reputed company, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
