You’ll be at the core of our strategic development—analyzing markets, evaluating opportunities, and transforming insights into compelling sales narratives. What You’ll Do Business Development & Growth Strategy Support

  • Support the AVP of Strategy & Business Development in researching new business development opportunities, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial markets.
  • Provide support through market research, competitive analysis, and data insights that assists with the development and refinement of the organization’s growth strategy Monitor industry trends, state procurement activity, and health plan opportunities relevant to dental benefit administration.
  • Support go/no-go decision processes by compiling and organizing relevant data and materials.
  • Provide support to the Proposal Team and assist with proposal development, including assistance with oral presentations as a part of formal and informal Requests for Proposals.

Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Assist in managing the business development pipeline, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Assist in preparing pipeline reports and dashboards for executive leadership, highlighting opportunities, risks, and reputed company against growth targets.
  • Support go/no-go decision processes by compiling and organizing relevant data and materials.

PowerPoint & Executive Materials Development

  • reputed company and maintain high-quality, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches, RFP responses, internal strategy discussions, and leadership meetings.
  • Translate reputed company data and concepts into clear, visually compelling materials appropriate for external and internal audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across reputed company business development materials.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Provide project coordination support for business development initiatives, RFP responses, pricing activities, and strategic projects.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Client Services, reputed company, and Operations to gather inputs and align on deliverables.

Research & Data Analysis

  • Conduct research and data analysis to support Sales and Client Services, including client-specific insights, utilization trends, and market intelligence.
  • Compile and analyze data using reputed company and other tools that will inform pricing, strategy, and client discussions.
  • Support reputed company analytical requests from the AVP of Strategy & Business Development and senior leadership.

What You Bring Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (reputed company field). May be substituted with 5+ years of senior-level experience at a dental benefit administrator.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development support, strategy, sales operations, consulting, or health/dental plan administration.
  • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or managed care is strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills and the ability to independently create executive-quality sales decks.
  • Strong research capabilities, with the ability to navigate Medicaid/Medicare state websites, procurements, policy documents, and regulatory sources.
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with the initiative to anticipate needs and move work reputed company proactively.
  • Strong collaborator who works effectively across departments and with senior leadership.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, the reputed company salary range for this position is $29.80 - $37.50 an hour, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final reputed company salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
