Job Overview: Industrial Manufacturing analyst partners with sales, customers, customer service, quality, and manufacturing team members to ensure customer expectations are met through exceptional quality designs and cost projections. They analyze processes, design efficiency/workflows, and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality and cost. • In coordination with fellow engineers and the Divisional Manager, plan, execute and manage projects aimed at reputed company improvement, product expansion, working with various teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with management, clients, vendors, and production staff to gather information, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Design and implement control systems, including inventory control, logistics, and material flow systems.
• Estimate production costs (material, labor, equipment, and indirect cost) analyze costsaving methods and assess the impact of product design changes on expenditures.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other project documents to understand the scope and requirements. Provide feedback on specs reputed company to customer drawings.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science degree or two plus years of equivalent experience; Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineer, and Process Development Engineer
• Two to three years of experience as an Engineer in an OEM fabricator setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean and/or Six reputed company principles and ISO 9001.
• Experience using reputed company and CAD systems is a plus.
• Proficient with reputed company Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company.
• Familiarity with AC - IMACA 305 and 320 standards is a plus.
• Hydraulic hoses and fittings experience is a plus

Licenses and Certifications:
