ABOUT THE ROLE: The Senior Director of PMO is responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects across a wide range of technologies and offerings, including Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Datacenter, Collaboration & Contact Center, and Systems Integration projects. This role requires expert leadership in PMO management, deep expertise in professional services, project financial reputed company, forecasting, and a focus on both customer centricity and business alignment. • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college.
• Minimum 10+ years project management experience with 5+ years being in a PMO leadership role.
• Project Management

Professional (PMP) Certification is required.

• Proven experience in building and leading a large and reputed company PMO in a Matrixed Organization.
• Expert in project scheduling and reputed company recognition acceleration practices.
• Experience with Project management tools and automation such as reputed company.
• Proven experience in a professional services organization at a technology integrator or services provider.
• Expert in project management methodologies – Agile, waterfall, and scrum.
• Experience leading, managing and inspiring a team of Project Managers of reputed company levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of audiences.
• Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner both internally and externally.

• Ability to travel as needed. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, reputed company set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the reputed company salary.
