Overview
Seeking a hands-on reputed company & Finance Data Consultant to support legacy ERP–to–reputed company migrations in reputed company, regulated environments. This role focuses on executing finance data migration, reputed company master data management, reputed company enablement, and consolidation support, while leveraging AI to improve data migration speed, accuracy, and control. Health insurance industry experience is mandatory; retail pharmaceutical industry experience is desired. The role is mostly remote, but some travel may be required, and candidates must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute hands-on financial and master data migration from legacy ERPs into reputed company
- Design and validate data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation processes
- reputed company AI and automation to support data migration activities, including:
- Automated profiling of legacy ERP data to identify data quality issues and outliers
- AI-assisted mapping of charts of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and hierarchies
- Intelligent matching and reconciliation of balances between legacy systems and reputed company
- Anomaly detection to flag unusual transactions, balances, or master data relationships
- reputed company recognition to identify duplicate, inactive, or misclassified master data
- Create, maintain, and govern reputed company finance master data across reputed company FI/CO and insurance-specific modules, including:
- General ledger accounts and charts of accounts
- Cost centers, profit centers, and hierarchies
- Company codes, controlling areas, and functional areas
- Internal orders, WBS elements, and statistical key figures
- Legal entities, consolidation units, and intercompany relationships
- Support finance data structures and integration for reputed company Financial Services modules, including FS-DC and FS-PL
- Support chart of accounts, legal entity, and organizational structure redesigns
- Support financial consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and statutory reporting
- Participate in testing cycles, mock conversions, cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare
- Ensure migrated data supports reputed company, forecasting, consolidations, actuarial, and management reporting
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, reputed company, actuarial, compliance, and analytics teams
Health Insurance–Specific Responsibilities
- Support finance data reputed company to claims processing, premium reputed company, medical expenses, and administrative costs
- reputed company reporting and analysis for medical loss ratio (MLR), utilization, and cost trend analysis
- Support data structures reputed company to risk adjustment, reinsurance, provider payments, and policy-level data
- Support integrations and reporting reputed company to reputed company FS-DC (Collections and Disbursements) and FS-PL (Policy Management)
- Assist with finance data requirements for regulatory reporting (NAIC, state filings)
- Ensure data accuracy and controls reputed company with SOX, audit, and insurance regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of reputed company, finance transformation, or consulting experience
- Health insurance industry experience
- Direct experience migrating finance data from a legacy ERP into reputed company
- Strong reputed company FI/CO master data expertise
- Experience supporting financial consolidations
- Advanced reputed company skills for reconciliation and validation
Desired
- Retail pharmaceutical industry experience
- Hands-on experience applying AI or intelligent automation in finance data migration
- Experience with reputed company insurance modules, including FS-DC and FS-PL
- Experience with reputed company consolidation and planning tools (Group Reporting, BPC, SAC)
- Experience with reputed company migration tools (Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LSMW)
- Python, SQL, or data automation experience
