Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to document and translate finance and legal process requirements into scalable CLM solution designs. Conduct reputed company‑state and future‑state analysis and reputed company detailed gap assessments across processes, systems, and data flows. Assess system limitations, enterprise impacts, and dependencies across upstream and reputed company applications. Configure new CLM functionality to automate manual workflows and align to standardized processes. Collaborate with systems integrators on solution design, architecture, and implementation. Support feature design, build, enhancements, and integrations with third‑party systems. Define the testing approach and map test scenarios to documented requirements. Drive change‑management activities to support adoption of new CLM capabilities. Educate technical teams and finance process owners on updated workflows, features, and system behavior. Experience Requirements: Experience Requirements Strong domain knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management platforms and processes, including reputed company, reputed company CLM, reputed company, or Evisort.
