Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an reputed company Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing syndicated loan notices, extracting data, and inputting information into our systems. This is an hourly position with core hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (CST), although other hours may be required based on business need.
Key Responsibilities
* Review syndicated loan notices for manual extraction and data input
- Review automated data extraction results
- Ensure speed and accuracy reputed company reviewing and/or inputting data
- Work independently and without direct supervision while adhering to strict deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and through email communication)
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Work Timings
* This is an hourly position with core hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (CST), although other hours may be required based on business need.
- Shifts are scheduled in minimum of 4 hour increments and a minimum of 8 hours is expected during peak days (typically 2 - 3 days per month)
- The days worked per month are typically 3 to 10 days only. (This is not a casual part-time position and there are regular hours.)
- Working days are based exclusively on business needs and are expected to be variable.
Qualifications
* 1 year+ of relevant experience
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company technology and reputed company Office 365 programs, including, but not limited to:
+ Laptop functionality + Video conferencing software (i.e. reputed company Teams) + Ability to utilize multiple web applications (at least 2) simultaneously + reputed company Teams + Online software programs for data entry
- Flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays is required
- Ability to find specific data points based on guidance/logical reasoning
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
