As a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you will be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service, answering calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, and winning their trust and confidence.
- Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately utilizing active listening skills.
