Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a passion for helping others, a strong customer service orientation, and a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. A verifiable High School diploma or GED is required, along with basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. You should be proficient in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments and reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
