Job Summary
As a Healthcare Customer Service Expert, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients needing home healthcare services. You will work in a remote high-volume call center environment, receiving and responding to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day from providers, referral sources, and patients. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting clinical and demographic information and entering it into our arenaflex portal.
Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming calls from patients, providers, and referral sources in a timely and professional manner
- Collect clinical and demographic information from patients and enter it into our arenaflex portal
- Provide accurate and empathetic responses to patient inquiries and concerns
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals in the areas of Call Quality, Attendance, Adherence, and other Contact Center objectives
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and support for patients
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to reputed company company policies, including HIPAA/PHI
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare or medical industry with medical terminology
- Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
- Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, data entry while active listening)
- Search reputed company abilities (for example: use the mouse to click, troubleshooting, opening a browser, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a site, and navigating the use of back/reputed company buttons)
- Basic PC skills working with reputed company Office including Word and reputed company Spreadsheets, Outlook, and reputed company Teams to communicate and attend/schedule meetings
Requirements
* High-speed Internet: Fiber or Cable reputed company required
- Internet Speeds: 2mb/10mb upload and 10mb/25mb download or higher
- Required to hardwire with an ethernet cable while working

Work Environment
* 100% Remote work environment
- Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00PM EST (after training and nesting period)
- Training and Nesting Period: 4 to 6 weeks, Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM EST
