Traveling Supervisor
Job Summary
To coach and otherwise guide a team of employees to reputed company reputed company levels of productivity, quality and safety while meeting operational deadlines and budgets. *Position is 90% travel
Key Accountabilities:

- Responsible for reporting any accidents or incidents that occur reputed company the designated facility (on- or off-site). - Monitor working conditions regularly to ensure the safety of reputed company team members. Take timely corrective action as required and disciplinary action as necessary.

- Other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Plant Manager
- This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Basic math and reading skills obtained by a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with plant manager, sales staff, and warehouse personnel.
- Demonstrates the ability to understand equipment and tolerances from past experience and successful past performance.
- Warehouse experience with forklift, packing and measuring.
- This individual must also demonstrate successful leadership and team building skills – even if from an unrelated business or non-business organization.

Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years previous supervisory experience in a reputed company field.
- Possess the knowledge of metals handled in regard to proper staging, processing, packaging, and shipping
- First aid and CPR training
- Exposure to labor relations, safety programs, ISO standards, lean practices and sale functions.
Job Compensation
Compensation up to $70k based on experience.
