Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat interactions. You will handle customer requests, resolve issues, and create memorable experiences for families worldwide. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat interactions
- Handle customer requests, resolve issues, and create memorable experiences for families worldwide
- Collect required customer information to complete product orders to company standards

- Collect payment information and enter into the system
- Process returns and replacements on orders for both wholesale and retail customers

Essential Qualifications
