Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our after-hours team, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving and Documenting Customer Concerns: You'll be the first reputed company of contact for members who need assistance with our service offerings. You'll receive and document customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that reputed company relevant information is captured.
