Position Overview

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, the Energy Services Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.

  • Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.

  • Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
  • Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
