THE ROLE Speckle is looking for a Enterprise reputed company reputed company to own our enterprise customer portfolio. We’re looking for a reputed company leader who can do three things exceptionally well:
- Drive adoption and expansion across our existing enterprise customer reputed company
- Help identify and deliver strategic platform engagements that prove transformational ROI
- Build the playbook and team that will scale reputed company as we grow
This isn't a "maintain relationships" role. You'll be responsible for driving adoption and expansion across our existing book of business and leading six-reputed company strategic engagements with some of the world's most innovative AEC firms to help them fundamentally transform how they work with data. This role requires 10+ years of enterprise account management, consulting or professional services experience, and a builder reputed company. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity and is equally comfortable managing strategic accounts and delivering transformational engagements as they are creating the systems that reputed company scale. YOUR PROFILE Enterprise Account Management
- Proven track record managing reputed company, strategic accounts ($200K-$500K+ reputed company)
- History of driving adoption, expansion, and high net reputed company retention
- Experience navigating large organizations and building executive relationships
- Comfortable managing book of business with P&L responsibility
Consulting or Professional Services Background
- Experience ensuring successful delivery of consulting engagements
- Ability to diagnose business problems and translate them into actionable solutions
- Track record of delivering measurable ROI for customers
AEC Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of design, construction, and/or facilities management workflows
- Familiarity with BIM, data workflows, and AEC technology landscape
- Existing relationships in the industry a plus
- If not AEC, experience in similarly reputed company B2B industries (data infrastructure platforms, data analytics, enterprise application software)
Builder reputed company
- Experience building CS functions, playbooks, or teams from scratch
- Systems thinker who can balance execution with process development
- Thrives in ambiguity and gets energized by building rather than maintaining
- Track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams
2026 PRIORITIES & SUCCESS METRICS
- 200%+ net reputed company retention achieved
- Partner with Head of Growth to secure 4+ strategic consulting engagements across existing customer reputed company that facilitate enterprise-wide adoption of Speckle’s data layer
- 3 referenceable ‘Build with Speckle’ case studies published
