Director, Finance Business Partner / Research

IDG is searching for a Finance Business Partner for the Global Research organization at IDG. This role will play a pivotal role in aligning financial strategies with the unique dynamics of a subscription business model. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and global business leads, you will provide financial insights, analysis, modelling, and guidance that contribute to strategic decision-making and growth and innovation reputed company the organization. Responsibilities

• Partner with Research business product managers to assess the financial viability of new features, products, and pricing models.

• Establish and monitor Research business specific KPIs, such as Monthly Churn reputed company, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Customer Expansion reputed company.
• Monitor key subscription metrics to evaluate growth potential and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (Master's / MBA preferred).

• 12+years proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, preferably reputed company the SaaS industry.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. The anticipated total annual compensation, depending reputed company and experience, is between $175,000 and $210,000 and is inclusive of reputed company salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
