About the Role
A leading middle-market investment bank is seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join its growing team. The analyst will play a critical role across live transactions, M&A advisory, financial modeling, due diligence, and client presentations. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and want hands-on exposure to deal execution and strategic financial advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution)
- Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and valuation analyses
- Support live M&A, capital raising, and restructuring engagements
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, and client-facing presentations
- Assist in due diligence, data room management, and deal execution
- Work with senior bankers to support client strategy and transaction workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong financial modeling & valuation skills
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail-oriented, structured, and self-motivated
- Prior internship or full-time experience in finance (banking, PE, consulting, audit, FP&A) is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
