Job Summary
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering after-hours phone calls and responding to customer needs through email
- Scheduling appointments with customers and on-call technicians
- Maintaining an organized system, including documenting and recording services and account changes
- Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and support during after-hours phone calls
Key Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer needs in a reputed company and professional manner
- Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and services provided
- Assist with other office duties as needed, such as data entry and filing
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during after-hours phone calls
- Collaborate with the on-call technician team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Requirements
* Customer service experience
- Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
