The Role
As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate our system reputed company live chat, email, phone, and video calls. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support and guidance to our customers, and helping them overcome any challenges they may face.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support reputed company live chat, email, phone, and video calls
- Help customers troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist customers with billing questions, semi-technical questions, setup questions, and more
