Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and processing customer information, troubleshooting products and mobile applications, and providing technical support reputed company phone, email, live chat, and text
• Developing a strong understanding of healthcare services and networks, and answering a wide range of customer questions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
