Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a critical role at arenaflex, responsible for establishing exceptional customer relationships, capturing customer sales, and providing general administrative support.   • File repair order paperwork accurately or record in arenaflex's management system, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
  • Provide customers with arenaflex's warranty information, including our 5-Year and Limited Lifetime warranties.

Essential Qualifications
