Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Consultant to join our Equity Management and Administration team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will also process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards, and review equity transaction activity to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, and at least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a reputed company field. Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred. You should also have a demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly, and an understanding of HRIS systems, such as reputed company.
