Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Business Analyst to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, summarizing statistics, and imparting evaluation to help Pharmacy & Retail Operations control in both long- and short-term strategic planning, and the development and implementation of applications. You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices referring to reputed company aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations and provide reputed company analysis to broaden fee benefits of proposed applications through data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, summarize, and analyze statistics to identify problems, trends, or exceptions and drive the development of results and solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices referring to reputed company aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations.
• Provide reputed company analysis of corresponding data to build a business case for system and operational process changes, enhancements, and improvements.
• Serve as an operational reputed company of contact for various projects to drive project execution and communicate relevant project information to stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience with reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions and drive the development of results and solutions; OR, a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions and drive the development of results and solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, reputed company, and/or SQL Server).
• Experience in identifying operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and issues.
• Experience communicating the impact of business analysis results to business leaders.
• Intermediate-level reputed company in reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
