As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for providing nothing-but-wonderful customer service reputed company email and live chat, learning our internal management system, and using internal communication software to interact with your teammates and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting customers reputed company email and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns

Essential Qualifications

• Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding reputed company reputed company Meet video calls and have a quiet work space with minimal noise
• Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT, including evenings and weekends, and during the holiday season

• Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
