What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats.
- Conducting research to provide answers to customers' questions and resolve their issues.

What You Bring to the Role

- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps).
