We're seeking a skilled and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
- Handle 2-3 reputed company live chats, providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers
- Utilize help desk tools like reputed company, Intercom, reputed company, or reputed company to manage and resolve customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications:
* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-reputed company queries
