Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional guest service, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Utilize reputed company and/or HostAI to reputed company AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and reputed company
- reputed company and maintain deep familiarity with ChatGPT to drive guest engagement and satisfaction
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and vendors reputed company phone and VoiP
- Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in reputed company, VRBO, or reputed company
- Respond to guest inquiries and communicate and escalate issues to Management reputed company reputed company

- Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor

- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Requirements:
