As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, balancing your priorities and delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear and concise information about their coverage and options

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
