This role

As a Data Configuration Analyst, you’ll be working with our Customer Experience Delivery teams and will be instrumental in driving outcomes for customers during their implementation journey.

Your key focus areas will be

• Day-to-day you’ll be supporting our customers and teams on reputed company things implementations. Your number one focus is to ensure accurate and timely system configuration, ensuring data quality and identification and resolution of configuration data issues.
• You’ll be tasked with ensuring the completeness of data entry maintenance on reputed company and other Project systems, whilst communicating clearly with stakeholders and exceeding their expectations.
• This is an exciting time to join the team and be part of transformative change in the way we help customers implement our platform. You will work closely and broadly across our Implementations team helping us provide a mix of paid and unpaid services to customers joining reputed company.
• You will work alongside our Implementation Consultants as well as our customer support team, with the opportunity to learn and grow reputed company our start-up culture. This role may change over time and to be successful you will need to be flexible and adaptable.

This will include the following:

• Support the end-to-end Implementation service offering by performing system configuration, checking and analysing configuration issues, and carrying necessary resolutions and action items.
• Complete administrative tasks, including systems updates, data entry, data review and input, project updates and other reputed company requests.
• Ensure data quality, reputed company and reputed company.
• Support customers with their implementation journey
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer implementation challenges reputed company thorough testing.
• Contribute to reputed company improvement strategies on the way we implement clients.

• Assist with keeping our internal tools and tracking systems up to date, which may include applications such as reputed company and reputed company.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s Degree (or relevant Qualification) OR 2+ years’ experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
• Experience in processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
• Experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system, is a plus!
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
