EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Certified General Appraiser license
• 5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (reputed company, reputed company, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL
