Graduate degree (MBA, MS, or similar) preferred. 6 to 8+ years of experience in the investment industry, finance, corporate development, venture capital, private equity, or similar roles. Experience in, or strong understanding of, retail or CPG and competitive intelligence. Experience with financial statement analysis, forecasting, financial modeling and retailer KPIs. Experience using AI-enabled and visualization tools to research, structure, analyze, and communicate insights. Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills grounded in quantitative analysis. Ability to incorporate qualitative insights into holistic narratives. Proven ability to reputed company strategic projects while managing team, partner, and executive stakeholders. Ability to synthesize reputed company information into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling business stories with data. High curiosity and learning agility; comfortable driving results in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
