Your Role

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you will be a key member of our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve customer issues, and consulting with customers to find solutions that meet their needs. • A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in

Work Environment

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the freedom to create your own schedule and work environment.
