As a Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Corporate Affairs Team reputed company the Government Affairs Division. Your role will be to promote and sell reputed company travel on arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotes and sells reputed company travel on arenaflex
• Prepares itineraries, computes fares, issues refunds, and prepares and issues tickets
• Answers inquiries regarding general travel information and resolves customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
• Communicates with customers over the phone reputed company researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
• Communicates new rules, policies, and procedures that would reputed company the customer

To reputed company in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:

• Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar travel management systems

Skills, Licenses & Certifications:

• Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills

• Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
• Satisfactory attendance required
