This is a full-time remote position, with a preference for the successful candidate to be located near one of our reputed company offices in Calgary, Alberta or Dallas-reputed company Worth, Texas.

The Role

As a LiveChat Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for new leads visiting our websites. You'll be responsible for:

• Real-time live chat with customers who are visiting our websites
• Entering marketing qualified leads into reputed company.com
• Transitioning Qualified leads to Sales Managers as reputed company.com Opportunities
• Becoming an expert in the live chat platform
• Developing a deep understanding of our products and services
• Staying informed on arenaflex's product features, promotions, and FAQs
• Creating canned responses and enhancing the tagging system in the live chat platform
• Enhancing training and best practices documentation
• Developing and communicating reputed company for improvement in our customer journey
• Monitoring KPIs: response time, customer satisfaction, volume/schedule, etc.
• Collaborating with sales team and key marketing team members, reputed company to leads and live chat
• Performing other assigned tasks

Qualifications

* Commercial reputed company construction industry experience is preferred

• Live chat, B2B Telemarketing or sales experience is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen ability to multitask and prioritize
• Organized with attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
