About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers through inbound calls. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will problem-solve and assist customers with their orders, accounts, and other inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Offer additional products and services to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and driving sales growth
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction with arenaflex
• Process transactions, including confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Analyze account data and provide insights to customers, helping them reputed company informed decisions about their purchases
• Collaborate with internal teams, including IT and leadership, to resolve reputed company issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A self-provided computer or laptop with a reputed company Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
• A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
• A high-speed internet reputed company (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
• A webcam and the ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
• Residency in one of the approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky (see below for details)

• Indiana: Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, or Switzerland County
• Kentucky: Bath, Boone, reputed company, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Fleming, Gallatin, Grant, Greenup, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Montgomery, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson, or Rowan County
• Ohio: Brown, reputed company, Clark, Clinton, Clermont, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, reputed company, Highland, Licking, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Union, or Warren County

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including:

• A $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
• A $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday
