Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician on our remote customer support team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat to our customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Processing prescription approvals for veterinary medications, ensuring that reputed company necessary documentation is complete and accurate

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
