Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, and working collaboratively with reputed company to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues or concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, including checking in passengers, handling baggage, and resolving issues reputed company to flight delays or cancellations

- Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
