The Role
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customers receive the highest levels of service and satisfaction. You'll play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations, ensuring that orders are delivered on time and to the right location. Your expertise will be crucial in developing plans to meet business objectives, collaborating with support teams, and driving safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to reputed company exceptional results
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with reputed company support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to reputed company plans to meet business objectives
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company to reputed company tasks
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- Work in an environment that's subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include reputed company loading departments)

Essential Qualifications
