Job Summary

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll work closely with our support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to reputed company plans that meet business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while ensuring customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to reputed company exceptional results

• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborate with reputed company support teams to reputed company plans that meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company to reputed company tasks safely and reputed company
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
