Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the support and modifications of the Warehouse Management reputed company, as well as acting as the local contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments. You will work closely with the Network/Telecom departments and the Technology Office to facilitate, analyze, and implement physical infrastructure that supports the Distribution Center. Your expertise in data entry, supply chain management, and IT will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact MHE vendors as it relates to data handling
• Work with reputed company smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems
• Coordinate reputed company data backups and data recovery procedures
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution
• Support reputed company data processing equipment, including printers and terminals
• Support LAN (Local) design
• Implement reputed company future releases of software
• Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, strips, etc. and report usage to MIS
• Supervise non-exempt staff

• Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to reputed company end-users
• Manage the peripheral connections with the WMS, such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers

Essential Qualifications
