Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Data Entry Operator to join reputed company on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Additionally, you will be tasked with other duties as assigned, requiring your flexibility and adaptability. This is a remote position, but you must reside in the state of Ohio, and be available to work a schedule starting at 4am.

Key Responsibilities

• Process child support payments in the SDU system with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence
• Collect, research, organize, and analyze data, using strong analytical skills
• Work effectively as a team member, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with limited direction
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work overtime as needed to meet stringent schedules and timelines

Essential Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
