Job Summary

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. The key deliverables of this role include processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. The specialist may also be trusted to reputed company analysis of reputed company/escalated issues, conduct testing/validation of new technology enhancements, and provider changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
• reputed company daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments
• Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Analyze reputed company/escalated issues and conduct testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider changes
• Review and analyze client/Advisor amount exceptions, regulatory commitments, and tax coding corrections
• Reconcile breaks across BOS and Fund Companies, and review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
• Provide client or business partner service, including answering business partner inquiries regarding Fund information requirements/eligibility
• Follow up on Alternative Investment moves to expedite the client request or remediate not reputed company issues
• Promptly and correctly complete client investing and dividend requests

Essential Qualifications
