Job Description
We're seeking an reputed company Contact Center Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, complaints, and orders in a professional and courteous manner.
