Your Role as a Banking Customer Service Representative
As a Banking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers' inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer queries are answered to their satisfaction and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls from customers' inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, compassionate, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times
- Resolve service problems, including customer complaints, cause of the problem, etc.
- Ensure that customer queries are answered to their satisfaction and in a timely manner
- Address customer concerns reputed company to services and provide the best solutions for their needs reputed company various communication channels (email, chat, or social channels)
