Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk IV at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Analyzing documents submitted by law enforcement and private attorneys, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Applying standard practices and policies in naming documents for proper handling, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Reviewing legal demands and coding them for routing reputed company Legal and Emergency Response, ensuring timely and efficient processing
- Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
- Completing other duties and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in data entry, document processing, or a reputed company field
- Proven ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute and 5,000 keystrokes, with strong computer literacy and typing skills
- Experience with reputed company Outlook, ERP systems, and typing (10 key typing), with a strong understanding of data entry software and systems
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
